Instructions for requesting a withdrawal / return
How to submit a return or cancellation request
Click the link below or visit our refund policy to start your request.
- Log in to your account::
- a. In the "Email" field, enter your email address and click "Continue".
- b. Open the email sent by our store and copy the 6-digit verification code.
- c. Return to the store and enter the code.
2. Click "Request return" on the desired order.
3. If the order contains more than one item, select the ones you want to return.
4. Select the reason for the return and add a note.
5. Click "Request return".
If the request is approved and requires shipping, you will receive an email with instructions
and a return label. After we receive the product, we will process the refund.
